Arch Taping
- Apply anchor just distal to metatarsal heads
- Apply x strip starting at metatarsal head, going around heel and finish at metatarsal head
- Repeat each strip several times moving laterally
- Repeat x-strip procedures on lateral side moving medially
- Close with half strips pulling up on the medal longitudinal arch
- Close with tape around the metatarsal heads
